Coco started her early years as an athlete, competing nationally in lacrosse, netball, and athletics before going on to study Illustration with Animation at Manchester School of Art.

Using her background in competitive sports, she enjoys telling stories connected to this field, in particular, the ones of women and queer people. Alongside her passion for sports illustration, she centres her work around uplifting the voices of those who are often overlooked in society through bold shapes and vibrant colours to produce outcomes accessible to the majority.

Preferring to use traditional methods of making such as pen, paint, and print, her playful designs are fun and dynamic yet carry a strong message. She hopes to inspire change not only in the sporting world but, the political and social landscape of today.
